cork charge is very acceptable as the Restaurant is paying rent and salary to serve the public there is a cost to everything but when you say it is an act of deterring people from bringing Ordinary Wine to the Restaurant then I have to ask what is meant by Ordinary? do you mean all those cost under 8 dollars are Ordinary, or those under 80 dollars?........ or inappropriate Wine to the food what happens if I really like White Wine to go with my beef?
