Ma che maniera è di bere sembrano dei ruminanti che spulciano fieno dal tavolo brandiscono i bicchieri come se li stessero usando per un duello rusticano e versano il vino come io bagno le piante con l 'annaffiato. Non sanno gustare il vino questi pagliacci. Il vino è un momento intimo nel quale ci si lascia trasportare non una ricerca frenetica di sapori non avete grazia e agitate il vino strisciando rumorosamente i bicchierri manco steste asciugando il tavolo.
