I look for Gewürztraminer every time I have wine menu in hand. I don't like any white wine but it's the only exception. Thank you for uploading this video.

I remember when I picked grapes at my Uncle's vineyard near Kaysersberg in Alsace I remember only white skin for Gewurztraminer .It was 20 yrs ago and worked there as a teenager . After he inspired me so much that today I have vineyard in Poland and testing over 50 different species,however I don't plant Gewurztraminer and I know that dominant is pinkish skin

I agree - the acidity that Gewurztraminer often can lack is delivered from T-AA.

Yes for sure! I tasted a few when I last visited in 2018 - very light and gentle styles in comparison to classic areas - a positive in my view
