It was created by a Buddhist Nun Ng-Mui based watching and observing in way to forest on snake vs crane and also named one of her favorite student Yim Wing-Chun and means Radiant Springtime in system of Wing Chun Kung Fu.

From my understanding, Wing Chun is not for attack. It is an extra cencory art. You should not be able to touch a true Wing Chun master. From what I'm learning.
