this is a very skilled wing chun practitoioner, u can tell be ease of movement and the force generated in each of the techniques, he hasn't any rigidness

I'm short to 5' 8" on a good day with shoes, so it's good to see a demo against a taller opponent, I can remember instructor Len from the 1990's in Gouger st.
