I do the same move with the bong sao oarry except, I use fook sao on the entry and quan sao over palms forward and swivel into fook sao cheung choy with a grab because most people have clothes on I train it to grab but.. the main idea is to go from fook into quan bong with a change and cover the second hand with a fook and a cheung pins the wrist really well.. cheung choy used as a block

In my 34 year of experience, trapping works. If you want trapping to work you must be diligent in your practice. With muscle memory there will be speed and accuracy, flow and immediate application. Also remember to give and take. This means that you practice then let your training buddy.

I trained with Lam Beng Heng in China. I learn 10 Mook Jong Forms. They are pretty close to the Ip Man forms. Opening for 1 & 2 a different, 7 has a different move too.
