Wing Foil : Too rough for my level.

It was blowing 19 Knot and a lot of waves that day, but it was a chance I couldn`t resist, it turns out to be a difficult task, I did manage to get up on Foil a few times.

Every session you will pick up bits of information to help with your next session. Even in those rough conditions I can see you're more comfortable/confident on the board. You have great persistence that will pay off very soon!

I haven't started wingfoiling yet, but one thing i can say is that in all these sports you dont have to think, its all just muscle memory.

I am beginning to realize That, because when I am on the sufeboard I don’t think that much.

I found that flat water is the key. Is there such a site with sufficient wind? You are really close. Offshore wind if you are confident taxiing upwind, or a gusty inland lake and you will going in no time.

A few more sessions and you will love such conditions. Also first longer flight in this Video, great🤙 How is the F1 board compared to your Gong, do you also have a new F1 Foil?

Thank you, I’m convinced that you are right because I did have a lot of fun. I Can’t tell you much about the F1 board because it belongs to my wing man ,other then it’s very light compared to Gong 🙏🏄🏼‍♂️
