I am using an Android app in the video. From the description, it appears that the iOS version has more options.
Additional information.
1) Lift is often explained using the Bernoulli equation. To use the Bernoulli equation, you need to know the air velocity distribution near the wing. This distribution is not obvious and erroneous arguments are often given.
In general, the Bernoulli equation is overused to explain many fluid mechanics phenomena en.wikipedia.o...
2) In older studies, you can find the statement that if fluid particles move together in front of the wing, then separate and one flies over the wing and the other under the wing, then they must meet behind the wing. This assumption is incorrect. The fluid molecules above the wing overtake the molecules below the wing. You can see it in the app and you can see it here too

3) In the video, when I say pressure, I mean the pressure measured by a manometer (pressure gauge) moving together with the fluid element. This is often called static pressure.
4) A very good introduction to the physics of wings (prof. Krzysztof Fidkowski, University of Michigan) • Krzysztof Fidkowski | ...
5) Demonstration of a stall with threads attached to the wing. At the moment of the stall, the air behaves in a turbulent way, which can be seen in the behavior of the threads
• Airflow during a stall.
6) For a symmetrical airfoil (top)

lift is zero for a zero angle of attack. This is due to the symmetry of the problem. For zero angle of attack above the wing and under the wing there is the same pressure.
