Well, at least their Sifu actualy taught them the basics of strength and the proper way to punch and kick. (something I don't normally see in WC, VT, or WT students most of the time.) Alot of Sifus only teach ways to cleverly TOUCH someone, and just assume they already know how to punch and kick. Wing Tsun is not JKD, it is a form of Gong Fu itself, not just principles.
