Hello, I just started playing AG and found your channel. Guides are scarce so I hope you dont mind me asking here. Is it overkill to make S-ranks(yingzhao and izanami particularly) into omega if I don't plan to compete for leaderboard and just want to complete all content? The cost to get there doesnt bother me

hi there and welcome. if you want to omega one i would go with izanami. if you want to omega other one apart from her wait for sakurakiri buzenbo. the only content currently that require units higher then s rank to complete is perilous chasm and ss izanami with mitsuha and her functor is more then enough to clear that but getting into rank omega would be extreme overkill but its a personal choice. most people usually go for ss + functor. 3.0 looks like its gonna raise the difficulty of the game so you can future proof by doing that now but its not a must at the moment.

the gameplay you're showing is just using the generic functor for CN mods right? even with just that she still looks really fun to play i'm tempted to get her sig functor too but I'm most likely skipping for now because of the other upcoming mods lol

yes, all of my character use the generic functors and not a bad ideal, if the banner rotations dont change the next two characters should be the two strongest in the game.

Honestly i didnt pay that much attention when i 1st saw her, I was just like,"meh another typical dps" But when i take a closer look her design is a chiefkiss👌they cook her well I tried her and oh boy, shes fun, u can infinitely spam ur skills so long u know wat are u doing. I can solo bosses with her I know this is a bait banner for inazami and mitsuha is near But i decided to main her Currently shes SS and im planning to go all out on this banner I can clear all games content now so might aswell just go for waifu over meta

"I value efficiency" - woman who makes the game's physics engine work twice as hard Her playstyle is certainly interesting and like many Tianyuan mods, she has different versions of her skill and unique mechanics. Unfortunately her sig dependence and dodge meter consumption is less reassuring. Thanks for the guide as usual. I'm looking for a wind team that can handle Chasm mobs better than my Thorsiris+Luliang team (all S rank, no sig) as they're quite bad at it. Is she worth getting or should I just wait for Mengzhang's rerun? These two are both in tier 1 in CN, but how has your experience been with them as an F2P?

i would say skip her in that case, she is strong and pretty much in line with the other T1 modifiers but the other can reach their damage potential with much less effort. if i had to choose between the two i would deffinetly choose meng zhang. my thor osiris team does ok on floor 1 and 6 of chasm 6, i just control a another unit with crowd control and keep the mobs lock down otherwise thor and osiris just spread around making it hard to clear.

@@SkillOp For waifu reasons, I'll probably do a few pulls to see if I can get lucky, then stop. Yeah, Thor and Osiris being melee mods and having a weak gather on only one of their skills is a massive pain against mobs. I tried using Luliang and her coin does help but the uptime isn't great and the gather effect clearly isn't as strong as Gengchen's, which can even pull an enemy that has been knocked far away by an idiot teammate. Honestly I think all melee mods should have some decent gather ability or at least have a ranged skillchain partner. Anyway, what crowd control mod do you use?

@@WadeWontson lolz ya do about 20 to 30 see if you get lucky and a run a couple days ago not sure if you've see it but i run either comet ray kenki on yellow code of asura believe or not. they may struggle a bit as Ai teammates but if you manually control you can make sure nothing leaves the spawn so your teammates just wipe them out. on this run i did floor 6 -1 with meng zhan, enlil and zenki and did floor 2 with thor, osiris and asura before resetting and just gengchen since i needed them on floor 3 kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZ6UYoqXdq6orZY

if you dont need them on your other teams you can use them with her, you can always add her to your thor and osiris team as well. lu liang gets re run on 2.8 and gencheng on 2.9

there's really no reason to go for her if you have meng zhang or the thor osiris combo. at that point its basically just preference on weather or not you like enough to get her.

assuming you are running blue code and have a fulll divine grace meter it should be the same. normal dodge into skill 2 for dps

without functors they are very close in strength so you wont out damage gengchen by much also if the scenario is multi target she just cant out damage gengchen because that's where she shines. but i would need more info to give better advice .

@@SkillOp I tested them on a fat single boss several times. Both were AI, I did not interfere. Gengchen has 26k power, and Yingzhao 23.6k (yellow codes) and yet their DPS differed by almost 2 times.

@@angmar87 ok i see, you cant really compare them like that since you have no real control over the AI also gengchen is always going to win in that scenario because ying being a melee character has to get close and personal with the enemy get hit, staggered and dodge the enemies attack while gengchen can stay at range and just attack. if you really want to gauge their damage you have to run a manual test.

no, you can freely use your skills with her functor since it remove the divine grace cost for using them, you skill want to spam skill 2 once you enter her special state but outside of it you can use your skills more freely.

i haven't made any videos on the subject but your not the first to ask so i might have to make one at some point. your daily's will net your 350 stars per week your weekly's will net you 1000 stars per week recurring dream will net you 400 per week dimensional variables is the once per patch rouge like and will net you 1600 stars monthly login will net you 400 limited sign in's will net you 200 after 7 days logged in [ i think this is per event since we current have 2 going one for hel's event and one for the current event so this time we are getting 400 from that ] so you can get 10,600 stars per month just doing the usual staff. of course you can earn more from new story mission/ hard mode version. causality surveys [ if you haven't completed them yet ] past grudges [ if you haven't completed them yet ] new character trails, end of patch surveys and new events. [ we rarely get codes so its not even worth counting them ] you need 14000 to hit pity and am pretty sure we can earn enough in a month to do hit that pity, of course you'll need 28000 for a guarantee which is 2 months worth of saving. my math maybe off slightly or maybe i miss something by am in the ball park 😅 i hope this helps.

Unfortunately AG doesn't have that many content creators so yeah, few shifted star guides around. The number of shifted stars you get varies depending on how much new content is added in a particular update. You get about 10 pulls weekly from doing dailies, weeklies, weekly bosses, and Dimensional Variable. New story stages will give you about 7 pulls, and you'll get another 5-10 pulls from doing event game modes. You can also get shifted stars from completing stages in permanent game modes like Causality Survey and Past Grudges. There are some other small sources like compensation after updates (1 pull), event bonus (1 pull from 7d login, 1 blue ticket in the shop), and the free battle pass (1 blue ticket and 5 yellow tickets). The butterfly event is a rerun event. Maybe your admin level isn't high enough to unlock the main event. Either way, I think the main event has already ended, but you should still be able to see its banner above the butterfly event's.
