Is this process called normal NR registration or handover as there is b1 nr event criteria how NW sends reconfig for NR cell addition, based on UE response on b1 meas? If yes then what is the term using for UE response to network after scanning b1 criteria?

Hi, Can you help here: When connected Over the air. The UE fails to Perform NR leg setup. ENDC setup fails because ENodeB configures event B1 for NR cell measurement, but UE never reports Measurement for NR cell and Event B1 is not triggered.

This may be because NR rsrp never meets the b1 value. You can check the nr coverage in the cell via dt and compare it to the b1 threshold.
