I’ve had my winix compact for about two weeks now in my bedroom and what a difference it has made to my breathing. I honestly can’t believe just how good it is the air quality is so much better and I’m not waking up all choked up on a morning and I really do wish that I’d heard of these years ago. Im so impressed that I’ve ordered another for the living room.

Can you hear it at night in sleep mode?

@@HarolddespuiNo not at all and in night mode it turns the lighting mode off too, I have one in the bedroom full time and the air quality is so much better, not just a gimmick promotion they really do work. Definitely recommend them, I’ve since bought a second for the living room because having two energetic Labradors which can get up to no good while I’m out and cause a dust storm, a second was a no brainer.

@@PiperX1X Thanks. I already have a Winix Zero Pro in the living room (i vape) and want one in the bedroom too. If i can safe me some cash with the cheaper Compact then that would be nice.

Winix Zero Compact i have now, very nice, my room does not smell like a smoking room anymore, and the air is cleaner, just works good

I bought two of these two months ago and I noticed one of them just stays on blue indicating good air quality while the other doesn’t where it appropriately changes to orange or red. Whenever the oven is opened or neighbours cigarette smoke comes in only one of them manages to detect it correctly. I requested for an exchange and the “new” one I received still stays on blue the entire time whilst the other working one still detects it appropriately. Your assistance would be greatly appreciate or else I will have to refund it.

Hi Dr Detailer. Please note that the air quality sensor is more intended as a general guide only to the air quality within the vicinity of the air purifier. Rest assured that the air filters within the unit are still actively working to remove all of those toxins such as smoke and other pollutants.
