Rear "garage" fail. Rear bed should be on an elevator. 108 mile range? Epic fail. That means 60-80 miles, maybe, with load and freeway driving. This is 2011 Nissan Leaf performance. Not sure what market segment this fits?

Yes it does need some improvements

You are correct! It shocked the industry when it was first introduced because how underwhelming and disappointing it turned out to be after people learned of the specs at RV shows. I wonder if the designers are actually RV'ers because this is not something we can use for long trips, and the infrastructure (here in the US) is not there to support it. I give them kudos for the nice inside design but nothing out of this world. And did Winnebago finally used proper plumbing on this one??

Indeed, it still needs some improvements. Hopefully in the future but it is already a small step in the direction

Zero emissions when? Before or after production? Who else wants to be asleep in a box with a lithium ion battery fire?

Do you think this one costs that much?

Not enough range. It’s similar to towing a trailer with an e-truck, which is a fail.

15,000Wh? Try *15,000 mAh* At 36V That's *540Wh* As it says on the battery shown.

What do you mean sir? Am i wrong about the battery?

what is green about having to replace your $20k battery pack in 7-10 years because it only charges to 80%. What is green about the 80% coal power used to fuel these things. What is green about spending 170k on a camper van? This is a luxury land yacht for ignorant folks.

I think tis Winnebago electric class B van on a full battery charge I would say it should be able to go around 345 miles to 400 miles before you have to charge the van. I may be wrong about the mileage but it should be able to go atleast 350 miles before you have to charge it. A gas class B Rv van I think gets around 325 miles to a tank of fuel. If it only get a 108 miles on a full battery isn't very good an a lot of people I don't think would buy this because of that! If it was to get 240 miles to a full battery

I understand you completely. These all-electric campervans might be the future. Hopefully the range for a single charging session will increase in the future

There’s really no “wow” factor. All the features other than EV are pretty common.

Once e-vans get ranges of 350 miles when loaded down, they’ll be ready for prime time. If you have a big enough battery in the van, the vehicle’s hvac system could be ducted and provide all the heat and AC that you need. So you’d need enough battery in the living space for cooking or running a laptop, max air etc. I’m looking forward to seeing this evolution of class b vans.

A 108 mile range makes this e-van a luxury tow vehicle for a Class A diesel and not a luxury motorhome. Such a big fail from Winnebago, can their regular RV lineup still be trusted?
