Love this van! After looking for a few years, this is really the only floorplan we would consider for the exact reasons you stated. Best bathroom and lounge/sleeping in a B van, and loads of storage. I almost have the husband won over. He wanted a C, gas prices and ease of parking/mobility are convincing him otherwise. Love following your adventures!

Nearly everything on this van is standard in Europe,but I do totally love that magnetic strip on the camper entrance fly screen. A pivot bathroom would take up much less room……not sure I like the bathroom on show like that at the back of the camper. Also we prefer a tail gate as when it’s wet out and your doing things at the back of the camper it keeps you dry… A nice camper on the whole …👍🇬🇧

Thank you for such a realistic view into this particular Travato. I am disabled and looking at this RV to maybe retro fit a chair ramp or riser on. I know you can't help me with that, but my two questions are: do your clothes, linen get moldy/musty due to showers and, do you get water on your bed/couch whilst using kitchen sink? You two are great.

My wife and I selling our bumper pull 27ft Airstream and looking for something smaller. Been following your travels for a long time and really enjoying your insights on your Travato. The Travato is what I'm wanting to purchase. Just beginning to shop and our plans are to attend some of the RV spring shows here in Louisiana. We live just south of St. Francisville and have no idea of where to shop. Been camping going on 25 years, so not a beginner, but just hate dealing with RV sales people, but gonna need to suck it up once again. Not sure if we would entertain a second-hand unit, just depends on a number of things. Y'all seem to really enjoy yours. Following your lead at this point. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year !

Hi! I definitely recommend looking into a pre-owned model! There are a lot out there right now as so many people bought during the Covid craze and regret getting an RV. They are in great shape for a lot less money. There is a Facebook group for Travato owners and wannabes and some are for sale in there. It is a very useful FB grou!

You can take this beautiful van in to a service place that works on your brand to get another arm test put on. You will pay less for it as an after sale item than you would have with it on at purchase. Have so much fun you two:)

SO much about this travel van that I love. Especially the bathroom. Always my biggest question though > Is the Heating and AC system setup in such a way that you could keep the interior 70F on a 115F day ? Or 72 deg F all night at 0 deg F ? How is this achieved ? Lots of lithium batteries ? Auto vehicle startup ? I'm just kind of spoiled with this feature, car camping in my Prius ;) lol

The area in the back above the water system and below that little light is actually your “garage”. Use double sided tape to attach loops holding extension cords, water hoses etc. The door will still close well.

Owner tours are always more helpful and you two did a great job! A little concerned with an e-bike outside…do you think one folding e-bike would fit in the entry behind the passenger seat or the end of the bed…traveling alone?

Yeah this is the best floorplan so far with the bathroom at the back..but If I'd have to modify the design, I'll probably switch the kitchen area to the bed area so that I Can have a sofa feels while travelling.

Alisa's hair is coming back very nicely and looks great. Nice rig - a class B that actually might work for us!! Love the twin beds and rear bathroom. We do have a couple questions. Are there dual temperature controls for driver / passenger? Is the refrigerator a 12V compressor refrigerator? THX in advance for taking time to answer us. Safe travels.

This is a real eye opener. We didn't think that there was a campervan on the market that actually might work for us. It doesn't have exterior storage, so would you consider towing a SMALL cargo trailer behind it? What's your opinion about the generator - easy to use, easy to maintain, quiet enough for night use? We would love to see more detailed reviews of how it really works for you.

We thought losing outdoor storage would be a problem but it’s not. We evaluated what we carry and eliminated a lot of things that we barely used. So everything fits perfectly inside. We Cracker Barrel camped last night with the generator on, no problem. It’s pretty quiet. We absolutely love our van!

@@EECCTravels Thank you for the follow up. I think that a small trailer would allow us to bring: bikes (and a place to store them out of sight), Blackstone grill, solo stove, inflatable kayak, and other camping comfort things. Looking forward to more van videos.

You mentioned in a previous video you like grilling: same with me. Is there room for small grilling equipment? I love the baby Weber Charcoal kettle. which I think is 12 inch? One would think it would fit but what about practicality? I would upsize to not give up my grilling and smoking 🤣🤣

Our chairs fit in the storage space above the cab. We got rid of the outdoor carpet as it took too much space.

Good question that I wonder as well as I’m torn between the K and KL models. I’m not sure if I really need the KL model but I noticed that this KZbinr/Channel barely responds to posts. I don’t understand why people do this. They post their content, want subscribers and views but then don’t respond to people’s questions and posts. Some of us would like information and appreciate feedback. 🤦‍♀️
