And it didn’t take into account other debts people pay off, which is also an investment because now those debts won’t accrue interest and cost more. And as you said his new 150,000 house, which he bought straight up with no mortgage. Is a huge investment that he will certainly get a large return on. So in actuality he probably used over a third of his earnings to invest in his future. Not bad
