Sketchup - SubD Ornamental Chair Modeling pt. 1

I'm almost ready for SubD. I have a bistro table and chairs with similar design features to what you modeled here and think that SubD may be the best/fastest way to model. That said, watching you use free plugins is very helpful and will help me with my SketchUp Projects.

What is your hot key set up? I'm used to modeling in Maya with really fast, efficient hot keys/mouse menus and I want to get to that level of modeling in SketchUp, please help :)
