I still say this every video... How are you only at 154K? I just don't get it. This production value is incredible! Feature length films are often worse than Adventure Archives videos, and these are free! Great job again guys! Come meet me at horseshoe canyon ranch in the spring. Not much hiking, but a lot of climbing and great camping!

It is 1° outside and we are doing farm chores with frozen plumbing and cold hands and I just walked outside to my girlfriend carrying buckets of water to the horses and said "there's a new adventure archives! Winter backpacking!!! and we can watch it with coffee!" and it literally made the morning. Can't wait to tuck into this with coffee. THANK YOU!

I was at Zaleski the night that storm blew in and knocked those trees down about 2 months ago! It was terrifying. Didn't sleep at all. And then when the wind/rain finally died down at around 3 am, like 15 coyotes started howling less than half a mile away. A rough adventure!

Oh also, you can used vaseline jelly and cotton balls for fire starters. Make them ahead of time and place in small baggie. They work excellent and are lighter in weight.

I enjoy these videos a lot. One of the features I like most is the bushcraft/botany/foraging sidebars. I also truly appreciate that you go to parks that are not "famous A-listers". It's womderful to bring attention to parts of the country not known for hiking and backpacking adventures. If these parks are not used, they will be developed and we will lose valuable wildlife and natural resources. You are showing people who live in those areas the natural splendors in their backyards. Not everyone wants to or can go to CA, Oregon, CO, AK. Another component is the comradery that is developed on these excursions. It's priceless. Thank you for doing it. You deserve much more recognition.

Here in the Philippines, most mountains here don't have switchbacks or barely have switchbacks at all. That's why we're used to climbing straight up and descending straight down. Sometimes, locals just add ropes to help you climb up.

I love your videos !! I discovered them last year by accident. It was one of Robbie's ....40 miles alone on the Timberline Trail I believe.. ....one where he was by himself. Something made me click on it and I thoroughly enjoyed it. He kept referring to the other guys. I decided to google the adventureachives and up you all came. I was in heaven when I started watching. I introduced it to my 10 year old granddaughter when she came to visit me one day and she loved it. When she came to my house after that, she would say ..."put the boys on Nannie" lol. I usually save you guys like others do here .. ...just before bed ....for some reason ...it relaxes me. Just want to say ...love you guys and thank you for making these !!!

You guys are terrific. You are so correct, it's been a really difficult past year. Of course at this point now I have hopes for a wonderful new year ahead with things getting much better. As you said there is light at the end of the tunnel. At 71 years old I have not been doing much this past year but widening my rear end by sitting on the couch. I live alone with my two little dogs on my farm in the East Tennessee Mountains. I can hardly wait for spring to get here so I can start my organic Gardens. I also spend a lot of time with my tent hiking and backpacking in the Eastern Tennessee Mountains around Tellico Plains Tennessee and trout fishing. Such a beautiful area. At my age I do camp with a few more Comforts of home than you guys. I have a Kodiak 9 by 8 All Season tent that will fit 2 full cots. I go all alone with just me and my dogs. I enjoy a few more Comforts now. I only have one lung left as a result of lung cancer. But I do well and still enjoy hiking. I just get a little more winded than you would and have to stop to catch my breath more often. But I keep going. I look forward to the bend of every curve on a trail to see the new exciting view that is around the corner. I love all your videos that I've watched and look forward to more. I think it would be such an honor one day if I'm camping somewhere and see you guys. Take care and you guys and your family stay safe and healthy out there.
