As much as its hilarious to watch the throwing together of a ramshakle van it would also make good watching to now see it done 'properly' - still Jack and Ethan doing it, not a pro building company, and probably still a fun budget build. But at least done properly so we can see a few adventures of the lads out in it during the spring and summer.

Ethan laughing at the misfortune about Jack's air mattress had me in *STITCHES!!* 🤣 I *KNEW* he'd see the funny side of that! I have some suggestions about the Suzuki Carry campervan: - The pew base could be raised by maybe two or three inches to accommodate each of you sleeping - you could use heated throws instead of those radiators, which will *dramatically* improve heat circulation for each of you, plus they're low energy and inexpensive (and take up no more room than a thin duvet) - You can also use heated clothing (vest) with a rechargable battery - Diffused lighting for the bottom bunk especially would help alleviate claustrophobia - Battery powered white noise machine could keep the noise down

You know boys, I did a little trip around Germany in December and on the 30th/31st I slept in my car It's an XC90, it's none stock, no mods for camping at all, the only thing it's got is a parking heater that's programmable I had a thick air mattress and some blankets, that's it It was around 0° that night and even though I had to start the heater once manually it was a good night's sleep

This was hilarious. Next I'd love to see you get a second micro-van, one each, and each build them out separately to see how you compare. Then take a little trip and see who did the best job. I appreciate the ATG budget seems to be about £1.50 per video though so that might take some saving 😂

Spinning bases on the front seats, so you can turn them around and have more leg room and seating, raise the pew slightly until the back top touches the roof, should leave enough room for underneath sleeping, and get a thick carpet or multiple rugs and stick them down. Or put a rear van tent.. so you can keep the back open 🤷😂

I slept in a not prepared camper in winter once. I had the bloody thing for a week and it wasn't supposed to be winter ready but I had to go somewhere and sleep there. It snowed outside but wasn't nearly as cold only like -1 or so. I had a very warm sleeping bag and a real mattress so it would have worked if my drunk ass wouldn't have kept the wet socks on all night. My feet never warmed up the whole night. The rest was fine. And then last year I slept in it again when it was snowing overnight (it was april or something) and I literally didn't notice how cold it was till I woke up and saw the snow. I had done nothing to winterprove it since the first time as it is only my summerfestival van. It isn't even registered from November till End of March. Now that I have money my next campervan will be professional with a heater and everything and I plan living in it full time.

A good trick if you are sleeping in the cold is to boil water and pour it in an uninsulated bottle, After that put that bottle in your sleeping bag. I have slept in -25C under the stars with a winter sleeping bag and a hot bottle and it was cozy.
