Yet through all that you gave us some great content. I will never forget your solo trip to Wabakimi. That was such a well done series, I absolutely loved every minute of it Joe! You and your family are so strong for overcoming all the obstacles that have been thrown at you and as a 35-year-old man I can say that I truly look up to you. I’ve been watching your vids for a few years now Joe. You are the sole reason I tried my hand at camping/bushcraft, and I’ve spent weeks in the woods by now because of you. I’ve watched the old school axe skill vids and tarp shelter camps a million times by now. I love how your videos follow the seasons and give a lot of variety between canoe trips and bushcraft. I have to be honest though, as much as I love the joy that comes with catching some monster pike, your fort videos have been my favorite the past year or so. You rock Joe! Keep up the good work, and I look forward to whatever comes next!

Wild Woman Bushcraft put up one of these tents and slept in it with a friend about 3 or 4 months ago. Sleep movement or getting up in the middle of the night disturbs other sleepers in the tent. On the othet hand, you're protected from creepy crawlers. I'm wondering if you are warmer, colder or about the same in one of these in the winter vs. ground tent.

Joe the hammock you have is awesome. I grew up with hand hamumock. Good sleep last in it. Of course that was back in 70's. Thank you Joseph for sharing. You, the girls and wife have a Merry Christmas 🎄. ... Arkansas Clyde 🇺🇸 65

Merry Christmas to you, Joe! As well as to this entire community! Would love to see some more limited gear/situational survival and bushcraft type stuff. Quick shelters, signal fires, maybe only camp with kit that's kept in the truck..... something like that could be cool! Also, maybe a snow sled or 4 wheeler expedition out on the ice? Do some ice fishing and camping?

I would second this. I know you've done these in the past and they were some of my faves. I realize you would want to find a new wrinkle to them which may be the tough part although several were from when you lived down closer to Windsor.

Hey Joe! Been catching up on your adventures. I'm a Canadian from Midland, ON on Georgian Bay. Been living in Cambodia for the last few years. Your videos make me feel like I am out there by the fire again. I miss camping in Canada quite a bit. Last time I was in Canada, I took the canoe out for a ten day solo trip to McCrea Lake. Thanks for all you do.Means a lot. Peace.

Wow, they have really made some great changes to that Stingray. I have the first gen tent and I love to see all the good changes they made to it. You had better luck with it than I have. It's always been a bit too saggy for me, but you've inspired me to take it back out.

I've been loving the changeup in videos Joe. That is an interesting tent but definitely a lot of work. I could see it being good for a group trip especially if it's spread out across 3 people to pack in/out. As for videos I'd like to see, personally I really enjoy atv trips. As a side note, what ever happened to that Suzuki Sidekick or whatever it was you picked up? I guess with the Ranger it's not as needed but I was looking forward to that one. Anyways, take care and have a Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas Joe and family. Moving forward please include more of the bushcraft/survival instructional information. What to or not to do and why. Plant identification would be a plus. Reminder. Make it fun for yourself.

Damn it Joe you’ve done it again! Just ran to the grocery store and picked up a pack of s’mores pop tarts. Haven’t had the slightest inclination to eat one of those bad boys in probably twenty years, but my mouth was watering when you cracked that puppy in half off the fire 🔥 happy holidays!

I wanna see an episode focused on food! Mostly gathered or hunted, bring spices, utensils and a book to read. Along with other necessities such as a tent and sleeping bag, etc.
