Winter Camping On Frozen Lake

Yet again I find myself out of a frozen lake for another solo overnighter. This time instead of a hammock I wanted to try a tent and sleep on the actual frozen lake to experience the sounds of the ice popping and cracking and feel the the movement underneath my tent. A beautiful sky full of drama both day and night was the setting of this adventure. campfire and a warm meal before a good nights sleep followed by a sunny morning . I hope you enjoy this video.

Great looking camp spot! Nothing beats the isolation and solitude for promoting relaxation that you depict in this video! That had to be very cold sleeping on the ice with out a fire close enough to throw some heat into the tent/tarp set-up. Awesome video overall.

It worked out very well on the lake. It was a very awsome spot to enjoy the outdoors and the coffee filter is really great as well.
