Every body in this family and now the chickens all Spoilt! The chickens surprised me actually! Years ago I had some but now I have more time to play with them, LOL than just get eggs, fining them quite entertaining Love Carolyn

Orchids are just growing and spiking amazingly. Was a pleasure seeing your wonderful mom ,and such a joy to have her with you. Your lady chicks are sure cute. And yes ,I to read my kiddos Henny Penny, the things some kids are missing out of,simple stories with a meaning. L9ved your content and hope you all stay well and love your scenery 🐶🙏🏻💕🐓🪴

Some very interesting comments there I always take my plans out of the window at night but not during the day have to stay there but they’ve been okay so we’ll see what happens. My plants are on a table right next to the window. I have a pull shade which protects them at night. Your chickens look very healthy. Stay warm

Hi, Carolyn! Happy to visit! So sweet of you to address everyone’s concerns. Your orchards (as always) look great! I always love to see your mum. She’s so cute - spunky with a great sense of humor. 🤣 Happy you are enjoying the chickens. I love that they ‘talk’ when they hear you and want you to play with them! Will they eventually provide you with enough eggs so you won’t need to buy any? In the dead of winter, is there heat out there? I have no clue how to care for chickens, but it sure seems that you and Jack have provided a nice home for them. With love!

Mum Always Amazes me! She is in a lot of Pain in Knees and hip, yet every morning when I go down with her pills, 5:30 am she is cheerful and so (Always Amazing( no other words for it. We got a double yoker yesterday, it was Huge, poor chicken, just gave it to Jack for breakfast . We found they taste so much better! They are birds, their roost is a small area where the door I close at night so they will be cozy without heat. Never used to give heat to chickens years ago, up here, but if really really cold we may. Love Carolyn

Hi Carloyn and Mum..j love your Mums pictures. I'm sure she had amazing stories of her youth. Some Orchids love it a little cooler while still loving the sunshine. I can't believe you still have snap dragons. They are so delicate. One of my favorite ❤❤...P.S...did it rain???

Thanks so much Rain : We have had more rain than we saw all year and the year before, it was much needed and the lake is looking fuller, we are thankful for the rain even if we felt shut in. Snap dragons very hardy there was some self seeded plants from last year, and I was surprised (pleasantly) to see them pop up late and flower. Here now cool but nice. No rain today or yesterday. Snow is coming, inching it's way down the Mountains. Love Carolyn

LOL I left mine out till temps really started to drop now they are in the New Room (the warmest room) No sign of buds though. I used to keep them in the greenhouse till I saw buds, where it was cooler, so if you have a cooler space with normal to bright light that would be perfect Love Carolyn

I've been watching your videos and I am wondering if you have any previous or recurring pest issues with your phalaenopsis. They look great.

The only pest issue I always check for watering days is scale, not a scary amount but better to catch early! Had a fungus on a new orchid, soon will do a video on my TLC Orchids Love Carolyn
