Watching you cook such wonderful nutritious meals from scratch always makes me think" wow, the memories those kids will have about mom's cooking!" It's how I remember my mom, how much skill and love went into her food for us. ♥️ Please take time at some point to write down in your own handwriting, the recipes you make. The kids will treasure them in years to come.♥️

Not doing it gracefully?! You LEGIT spatchcocked that Chicken with your BARE HANDS! You are an absolute BOSS!!! 🤣 That was seriously awesome to watch. I make a very similar gnocchi, but with sweet potatoes. Oh my WORD are they delicious! Never thought to make it into a skillet with sausage and kale and all that other yummy stuff you added, tho. I'm most definitely trying that this week. God bless you for more meal inspiration, cuz after 22 years of coming up with meal ideas for my family, my brain is fried. I can't think of ANYTHING lately. Your ideas/meals NEVER disappoint! 💕

Hello, I admire your program. Did you know that you can fully bake, partially bake or soften a whole squash in the oven. Wash your squash poke a couple of deep holes into the flesh. You may like to coat the skin with a little oil so it doesn't burn. A fully cooked squash takes about a hour at 350. If you just want to soften it, after 5 to 10 in the oven you can peel and cube it really easily. The squash comes out so soft and moist and sweeter. So fun to share with you. Thanks,

You make the best meals. ❤️ Made your Thanksgiving meal from your ebook and honestly I never had bothered to make dinner rolls but they were one of the best things!! My husband said we needed to make them for the bun of sandwiches and other things. 🙏 They were also by far the easiest thing to make (though nothing is too challenging, just sometimes takes a bit more time); I didn't even use fresh sourdough and they rose like crazy! I used to work at a great harvest and never got the hang of making the perfect rolls they knead. This was so much easier and yummier!!

Wow! You certainly have your hands full but you have it all under control. I take my hat off to you. One thing I would suggest is that when you’re cooking gnocchi or pasta always leave a little bit of the water aside and you can add it to your pasta and it gives it a nice creamy texture texture.
