Awesome!! Bobby Garland MoGlow is all I used for a long time in the winter. Catches fish flat out. Good luck and stay safe out there!

I loved this video man, definitely earned a subscription from me. I fish around Indiana as well and love to see other folks using the same techniques and baits I use and have success, makes me feel less crazy on my skunk days 😢 Great video brotha!

Hey I appreciate it! One of the fun things about making videos is you don’t have to show the struggles 😂 some days I want to hang it up other days I feel like I could beat Bill Dance on his own lake 🤷🏻♂️

Get yourself some heated gloves and vest, no it’s not a game changer but it definitely helps… Have you ever went to the hot water discharge down in Sullivan In at turtle Creek? Awesome winter time fishing.
@PuddleWalkersOutdoors4 күн бұрын
Great advice! I picked up some wool gloves with fleece lining and man did it help a ton! I like the heated vests I need to invest in one. I haven’t tried that one but I have fished the one south of Indianapolis at the Duke energy plant. It can be really good at times but receives a lot of pressure. Thanks for your words and Time Mark.

those are some nice looking baits! great breakdown of your thinking/technique! Those falls aren't going to go so well....we are not getting any younger brother! 😉 13:30 love when the lines are dark and sharp like that on bass. Nice outing of catching fish Greg! Glad you were able to find some Crappie as well then! Good stuff brother!

Great video! I've fished all over Monroe in my kayak this summer and fall, but have never tried the spillway. Looks like a good spot.

Good spot . How about trout at raccoon soon 😅. I need to learn that one .
@PuddleWalkersOutdoors8 күн бұрын
I’ve been out there a few times but I will make it a place of focus and see what I can find. I’ve heard about the trout there.

Do you know what the water temps are there. In my area it seems like all the fish I’m marking have gone deeper.
@PuddleWalkersOutdoors7 күн бұрын
It’s frozen a little in some areas so I’m guessing at most 40 degrees. They’ve definitely moved into deep sections and wintering holes.

Not yet but the tri state show is coming up and they usually stick with local bait makers. I will see what I can find that I like and I will share it.

Like catching fish in a barrel a kindergartener can catch bass in a spill way
@PuddleWalkersOutdoors3 күн бұрын
Yes fishing is meant to be enjoyable not frustrating but please check out my lake videos. That’s where I typically catch the largest bass.
@Gemni653 күн бұрын
@ and what do bass relate to in a lake. Structure and currents same thing and lake fishing is now a joke with all the electronics that are involved but that’s a different conversation finding the current parts on said lake and find structure is the easiest way on a lake always. Current and structure I call them ambush points also fish can suspend in the current and let the water bring them their food without wasting energy
@Gemni653 күн бұрын
@ but I do enjoy discussing bass fishing
@PuddleWalkersOutdoors3 күн бұрын
Yep I use the same strategies. I haven’t used electronics. My bank account says that’s not happening 😂 I feel more rewarded if I find them and catch them on my own. I think a lot of folks feel that way just lack the understanding.
@Gemni653 күн бұрын
@ what I really enjoy about bass fishing is the outthinking the bass understanding them the first question I ask myself before I make my cast is if I were a bass where would I wait for food to come by and present itself for the easiest of consumption
