Looked like that last steelhead was stocked. You usually can tell if their fins are clipped. Talk to pa dec and they'll let you know. Good luck.

Can I ask if that’s upper Elk and do you fish it often?

My feet are getting cold just looking at that snow and ice. Ha. Question for ya: These look like rainbows. Are rainbows and steelhead the same thing but steelhead can survive brackish water? Anyway, love the content. It was worth waiting for! 🤩

Haha it sure was cold! True steelhead live in the ocean and run up the creeks/rivers where they were born to spawn (in the west coast), but around me there are Great Lakes steelhead which essentially the freshwater version of the west coast steelhead. Thanks for watching!!!
