So motivating. But what im struggling with is A full 9 to 10 hr job Packed with meetings..plus mom..cooking Plus able to do this...it just feels impossible

So glad you found it motivating - and yes, I can imagine that is challenging 😥 that's a long day of work!! My best advice is to just do your best to get movement in when and where you can!

It's tough! But it's what I have to do to workout currently and so I make it work. I wear super breathable cotton masks and just don't run as fast as I usually do 😊 It's also not that long that I'm on the tread so it's manageable!
