I mostly love the property. There are some changes I'd make but I'm sure everyone would want to make any house more to their taste. I would definitely cover that back part on the dock to have some shade and there's a zero percent chance that I'm swimming in that lake or any other lake in Florida.

@@Marlon.Persaud One thing that concerns me here is security. Looking at the area on Google Maps it looks like there are some nice homes interspersed with some places that look very run down. It looks like there's a junk yard in someone's back yard just a few lots down Ellerbee.

Marlon. Long time. No HOA? Look at the size of this lot. Wow. Not 5 beds EIGHT baths? 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼. Are gators 🐊 in lakes? Love the property fenced in. Never saw a 2-sided door garage in a home; just at auto repair shops or dealerships. Look at this entry. Like the bar idea just need a bigger one. Kitchen is 🔥. That fridge and bar setup. 🍹🍸🥃🍷. Look at the size of the 1/2 pool bath. Love it. No ppl wetting up my house 😂😂. Gas community. . Secondary kitchen. Big pantry. Good size laundry with pocket doors. Built in speakers. 🔊. Big guest bedroom with en-suite. A suite? I’m lost. Big primary. Big closet. WOW. Unique en-suite. Massive jetted tub. Shower for 2. Big loft and balcony. Definitely host a party on that balcony. 2nd floor laundry. Like the Simpson room setup and en-suite. 1/2 bath for loft occupants. Another large bedroom and en-suite. Yes Marlon. Every bedroom-en-suite has a theme. Yes. I see pocket doors a theme throughout the house. Love it. Like the covered tile lanai with outdoor kitchen. Tons of space for lounge chairs. The pool could’ve been a smidge bigger. Love that the entire property is fenced. Your own dock. And another 3- bay garage. This house is amazing. A bathroom too ? Probably a fridge somewhere in there too. Wonder why they are moving? Thanks for sharing. I’m not sunbathing. The sun no longer my friend. I’ll be in the pool and relax on the covered lanai eating some curry catfish. Oh no gators. I’ll be getting my catfish from Publix. 😂😂. Amazing home Marlon. You can see the $3 mil worth. The house looks like the owners have no sense of style. It seems they saw things in a magazine or video, thought "that looks cool," and then bought random items from garage sales without any consideration for cohesion. The appliances are mismatched and disheveled, adding to the chaotic look. The furniture is ugly and has no theme, with one room featuring a leather bed that feels so outdated it resembles a medieval castle. I can only imagine that the house is not well maintained. Honestly, they should have just left the house empty. Overall, the home is a huge disappointment.
