We hunt when the weather is cold so our dogs do not over heat but also because there is less fire risk and the pine forestry is open up to us o hunt. We pay $100 for a hunting permit and take our dogs in to hunt down wild pigs. Our gardens, trees, chickens, livestock, paddock, sea, rivers & lakes often provides the rest. What we can not harvest from there we buy in at our local store.
Clay Tall Stories videos are self filmed in New Zealand mostly in the South Island
All music in this video is made at the old farmhouse studio by Clay Tall Stories.

"You don't just do what you like but you have to like what you do" is absolutely my moto, ultimately I like making things and seeing them work as I imagined which makes me willing to put up with the sound of an angle grinder and occasional steel splinters or crawling around on my hands and knees or what ever I have to do at that moment for those few minutes of seeing something work that made my life a bit better.

I love old Po. She’s such a kindhearted girl. Unless you are a pig or rat… then you’re farked🤣. I think I remember asking you years ago about getting your dogs “fixed “ as it’s called in the states. It really does fox a lot of problems and if you don’t plan to breed them it has many health benefits.

That looked like a mad feed of pork! Tasty stews and hot rolls in winter, and Vietnamese lemongrass, mint and chilli marinated pork salads with low GI noodles for summer! 😋🤤 How does wild boar and sow go in a boil up? We just use pork knuckles from our butcher or independent grocer here in South Australia. Agree with you on adding garlic to a boil up broth. Have to use a mix of watercress, baby spinach, and cabbage or equivalent from my backyard though. Can't find wild watercress and puha here in SA, but can in NSW

Morning Mr. Clay; Happy Father’s Day to you and all Father’s and etc etc. It’s Sunday June 18,2023 and y’all just came in via the internet at 4:21am. Yeah, it’s early here and I am still awake. We had a young man come over and give us a estimate for a new roof; even though we got a good deal it’s still going to be around $15,500. That includes gutters, and materials. I don’t agree with everything that my other half did, but whats new. We’ll see if he did the right thing or not; time will tell. I have been busting my ass, trying to clean up around the house outside that is. He can’t help because of the ticks. I am checking into a company here in America that has products that will treat the yard, inside the house, hell even in the kitchen that’s safe to animals cats and dogs. We don’t have neither right now. Anyway, I don’t have a e Mail so I am going to have to figure out another way to order fro Power Works in order to get what we need. Maybe they have a phone number, I will check later today. People here are getting very sick from ticks. Ohhhhh, also a big outbreak of hepatitis B from frozen strawberries 🍓. Go figure right. We had some good old fashioned thunder storms 🌩 a couple of days ago. Had us a few gully washers. Made a good mess for me too clean up, leaves and debris. Such is life, right Mr. Clay? Alrighty, best be letting y’all go, before I talk y’all’s ear off. You take care and be safe. Here at the White House that idiot is flying the gay flag between our beautiful USA 🇺🇸 s. Yeah, a transgender guy flashed her breasts at a bash at the White House. Pictures and everything. GOD help us all, the almighty must be sickened by their behavior, after all he says it’s an abomination and he hates what they do. There’s going to be hell to pay for it. I would rather stand free and die; then live a life time on my knees. ❤❤❤your videos and say hi to your brother. He’s a hard worker no doubt about it. Well I just heard the birds waking up so it’ll be daylight before I know it. Good to see y’all again. Stay safe and don’t be weird. Sincerely.

The dogs need a place of rest. They are not pets. They hunt doing sometimes 20 to 40 km in a day. Their dog motels or cages, as you call them, have a waterproof house with warm, dry bedding. On the days they are not hunted, they still get run 3 times, which is more than your average pet dog gets.
