A few nights staying in my Arctic canvas tent over this winter period. Lovely having my woodburner to heat my tent!
In this video, I make a meal in my Dutch oven, cook pancakes and talk about how I manage to stay long term with power.

THAT Seax is a 'monstrous long' knife for camp cooking! Good to see you out at the Family spot for a bit of cold weather experience! I just 'caved in' and ordered a Russian-made Evenki style of a knife as showcased by Lars on SURVIVAL RUSSIA. He made his...but he mentioned another traditional maker or two. AHA: I RECOGNIZE that Lyle Golden Syrup can! It is a fine product for those who cannot source naturally made, 100 percent Maple Syrup.

when i built my camper the leisure battery , split charge & wiring was one of the hardest things to do properly .. for a basic set-up ( few lights & USB / cig lighter chargers ) a Jackery would be so much easier

Would be interesting to see the Jackery Solar panel at -30°C. We get a lot of sunshine and extreme cold. The Pack in the hot tent and the panels in front of the tent. The only problem could be the connectors and cables.

I just love this, this is the life I dream of living 💚. I've got a hot tent and winnerwell stove and don't use it as much as I'd like as not getting out much due to work.
