yep, 1. rule of law (enforcement), 2. no drugs 3. no race-communism attacks like DEI, etc. I haven't been a fan of ice and snow since childhood, I like our avoidance of such here on the inland coast of WA, mild winter, nothing major yet just freezing overnight temps occasionally. Once you cross the mountains, you might as well be in Iowa as you'll get all that stuff. Here in US, those arab students would be threatening jews and protesting as happened in NYC (both)...
