So beautiful. Thank you for the up-close camera shots and the speeding up of the video in parts. Also, sorry to say, I quit using the beautiful silver Dragees (sp) the little silver decorative balls - I broke my tooth biting down on one :-( thought someone else would too. They do add an elegant finishing touch to cakes, cupcakes and cookies, too, but those little guys are as hard as pebbles so I quit using them. Your roses at the base of the cake are exquisite, delicate and have a Victorian feel to them - how talented you are to create such beauty throughout your work with icing and fondant. It was amazing to watch you detail it out with your freehand scroll work - I was amazed! I always wondered how the quilting pattern was made - Voila! A template!!! You're a Master ~♡~ Thank you a hundred-fold for your generosity in sharing your knowledge in your artistry and craftsmanship of building memorable wedding cakes.
