I don't understand it either because she seems to have a healthy and balanced diet. I don't want to judge, it looks strange to me, like you're sick and having to take so big pills in the morning. I tool supplements for hair and nails myself and everytime I felt strange taking such a big pill. 😅

Emerelle90 I feel so related haha Last year at the beginning of the winter I took some pills for hair, skin, energy...I didn't feel so fine taking that substances and I felt nothing so I quit them. It's just something about tastes, at least for me with having a good diet my vitamin levels are fine, but maybe she prefers to add supplements to be sure she keeps healthy...idk

yeah, actually you are supposed to get enough when eating healthy and also taking supplements is useless when taken together with food that prevents their intake, eg iron should be taken together with vitamin c (orange juice/red peppers etc) otherwise taking those pills is just stupid

Beautifully filmed and edited video (as always!). I'm a bit concerned about the number of pills you devour every day though. That was at least 5 tablets there!! Try to focus on what you eat instead of what you get from a pill bottle.
