The quarantine tank I got from you is up and running well. Had similar issue with the tempest a good clean out of it cured the issue seemed to be small partials from the bhm.

I’ve noticed your grow on tank has black walls which I assume is dead algae , do you bother cleaning that off or just leave it, cheers

Cheers for watching and commenting. I've only seen black/Dead algae around the top and that will be where it gets exposed during cleaning the filters and water changes. At the bottom and side it is more a dark green colour and NO I never clean the sides in the Grow on or Pond. In fact I haven't used a pondvac since I did the unboxing a couple of years ago

Thanks for commenting Andrew. I will be covering both the Main Pond and the Grow On this week with 32mm 5 Ply Polycarb Sheets. I know they are not the best for keeping heat in but 1. They will increase any heat from the sunlight (Like Conservatory's) 2. They will keep the wind off the water educing temp swings 3. They are clear and allow light in 4. They are lightweight and easy to handle. The Main Pond will be heated at 15 - 16 Degrees by the Remora i12 ASHP and the fed as normal but with Wheatgerm & Multi Season. The Grow On Tank will be heated to 18- 20 Degrees and fed briefly every couple of hours
