Got any beanies on you? Been driving around Scotland since Friday waiting for snow. Probably heading over to glenshee tomorrow (Monday) to try my luck for some boarding if you are about, il buy a hat to support the channel. What a location living the dream up in the wilds of Scotland fantastic. Love the drone footage showing how remote these places really are. It's a shame when you see all these trees up rooted it just goes to show these storms are getting worst. When you think how old these trees are and have survived all these year until now. That roof tent looks so cosy but I was thinking how's Adam going to get down now the doors shut.

I'd probably watch your channel no matter what vehicle you're in. I can't help feeling a little disappointed that your talking about getting a large van as it's something you said you wouldn't do due to so many other channels going that way. Love the vid as always. I’m just about to move into my ‘micro camper’ (peugot Expert), not much bigger than your galaxy - on a full time basis. My landlord had priced me out of the rental (d..k head that he is). So you don’t need a van that’s too big, smaller vans fit down lanes bigger vans can only dream of.

Great views again. Snowboarding soon, brilliant. I have said one of the great attractions of your channel is the feelng that anybody can do this on a small budget. Buying a bigger van will take you away from that. The van you have as 'company' is a Citreon Relay I think. Mine is the smaller but much more attractive Citreon Dispatch Combi. Mine is definitely a stealthy one the Relay with more space is not. Needing a shower is just calling into one of the many Sportscentres available. I have a shower for external use in good weather. I wish you well no matter what you do. Take care mate.

Great watch as always - before you get your van have a look at maybe getting a Tentbox for now that surrounds the motor & you can also stand up in only 300/400 alot cheaper than a van for now .

You mentioned purchasing a van at the end of this year ?? You’ll not go wrong in a medium sized self built camper Adam i bought mine just over a year ago I’ve not finished it yet due to one thing or using it for another but a nice thing to have mate with plenty of room and if n when you do a diesel heater would be brilliant not expensive at all but anyway back to the video and that meal looked lush 👍🏻. I about fell off my perch when you stuck your thumb in your gob n said you shouldn’t have done that you didn’t know where it had been 😂😂😂 made me chuckle but anyway like always man loved the episode . I’d leave the fridge open when turned off when it’s that cold outside. The fridge when turned off will be insulating the food from the cold outside and will be warmer in the fridge than the outside temp

OMG I'm so jealous. I really need to save up the cheese and get my butt up to Scotland asaap. The views and free park ups are amazing. A little tip with the cooking oil. Try the low fat spray stuff. Less messy and less smelly. I really hope you get to do some more snow boarding before you have to return to Leicester :-)

Yes you should go van life Adam, best van in my opinion would be a Volkswagen Crafter, there great vans especially a long wheel base, yes you will need some cheese mind. enjoy Scotland.

I think not having the ladder is a good idea because it stops anyone climbing up while you are asleep. Make sure you have your keys with you, as when i saw you climb inside the roof tent for the first time, i thought the car was going to lock itself. I want you to watch Dog Soldiers while you are in a Scottish Forest, at night, all alone, in the dark etc.

Van is definitely the way to go but one thing to think about is it costs double for everything diesel, tolls , ferry’s ect . At the moment my mk8 transit is getting 21mpg on a motorway run doing 60-65mph . What ever you do though mate everyone is going to stick around to see it 🙌🏼

Yep I think it’s time for planning a van for next year. Now warm boxers with hairs is something I haven’t come across, thank the gods but a swimsuit with a questionable stain in the crotch I have had the displeasure of experiencing 🤢. The Scottish landscape is magnificent. I only wish I could see it in person. One lot of great grandparents were born in Dunlop, Ayr. They weren’t convicts but my Irish and Lancashire mob were, “Australian Royalty” they’re called 😂😂. The rooftop tent is definitely a winner, I think even my dicky knees could manage that, with a ladder. The quilted inner is an excellent add on for winter, even down here. So keep off that black ice and keep having fun. 🧶🇦🇺❄️🌸
