Hi guys! I submitted the slip story here a while back and forgot I ever shared it! In my shorts I’ve posted a video of my fairy box for anyone curious. Yes this story is real and it had been packed away for quite some time until I got the music box back. I’ve struggled with this memory quite a lot. It felt like a lucid dream- and I’ve only experienced astral projection one other time during a sleep paralysis episode- that did end with me seeing orbs and fairy like creatures that I could tell another time. I think the woman knew what my future would hold- there was a lot of darkness and suffering shortly after I had that “dream.” And I suffered with addiction and mental health for many years following. I’ve now been sober a few years and am extremely happy at 24. My mother is doing better and I have boundaries with her to protect myself. Had I gone- I would not have my beautiful girlfriend, sponsees, kitty, and be a school teacher. While life was hard- it was worth the fight!

I will mention- I did not mention in the original- there was some hard nights later on where I would wear clothes to bed in case I ever went back- but I never found the place again. (Little me found it very improper that I show up in my nightgown 😂 I remember that rlly horrified me) and since this memory came back I’ve dove into research of the fae and become quite fascinated by them. I’ve collected quite a few peculiar items and left sugar and cream outside in my garden as gifts. I would be careful however as I heard some of them can be trickster spirits.

When you suffer from insomnia, staying up until midnight on the regular, staying up to mark the end of the solar year starts to lose any "special" meaning attributed to it. To the person who wrote the "Light Woman" story: from someone who is very much into shamanism and very much believes that fairies are real: hi :) i loved your story! Thank you so much for sharing it 🥰🙏 I write this because I've heard stories about people who had some kind of injuries (mostly head injuries) who somehow unlocked their dorment psychic gifts through it. Your story reminds me very much of those stories. If this makes you curious than I'd suggest maybe to start googling "shamans near you" 😂😅.. sounds so weird right? But I'm not even kidding, maybe talking to a shaman might be a cool thing to do to look at things from another point of view :)✌️

I'm looking forward to the sequel. I highly recommend the movie Wonderwell which was the last movie Carrie Fisher was in as is within the same vein as Coraline with 2 Fae sisters one good, one evil. Another recommendation which doesn't have to do with the supernatural outside of a supposedly cursed gem is the Netflix miniseries All The Light We Cannot See based on the book of the same time. I dreamed I had a Froudian type female house fairy. I left her some cream, cake and berries. I know a lady who met the fairy king Gwyn Ap Nudd. He is very beautiful with sparkly blue eyes and billowing white hair. The Norse winter god Ullr has appeared to me and another woman. Once I saw a land spirit at our mountain property. He peeked into my window and smirked at me. He was tiny like just over a foot tall, skinny, brown with a sharp face, frizzy brown hair and bright blue eyes.
