Winter Skimmer Fishing with Maggots - Spring Cottage Fishery

Winter Silver Fishing, Skimmers and Bream are the target!
I used a simple technique to target Skimmers but also caught Bream and Tench.
New for 2024, simple 'No Frills Fishing'. Each video will be filmed, with limited editing and uploaded within a few days.
This is my first video, appreciate the sound quality, etc., could be better. Future videos will improve over time.

Also, I've always thought the difference between lakes and ponds is to do with depths. Lakes are generally deeper, not allowing the sunlight to reach the bottom .ponds are shallow enough for sunlight, letting there be plant growth, etc.

Since I mentioned this I keep thinking about it and think alot of fisheries are naming their pools/ponds as lakes as 'lake' sounds better 🤷‍♂️
