I can see this being a play on the Captain America New World Order film if they wanna use Hunter. They could pull a Killmonger on us with Hunter. TChaka sent him back into the world as a spy for Wakanda. He comes back after hearing TChalla is dead and the Namor attack. He wants to be there for Wakanda with a motive to take it for himself. It’ll put Falcon Cap and Shuri good terms and help each other out
