I'm Italian well the majority of me is and I've been cooking my family's recipe since i was 12. I'm now 47. The longer you cook your sauce the better it tastes. If you're cooking the sauce like you did here it needs at least a hour or 2 before it's ready. I know you can't because you're camping but cook it a head of time and then when you cook it, it has more time to have the potential to be what you should be eating. If that makes since. Yes, us Italians take our sauce cooking to heart. But great video. As always
