Tried your recipe on some salmon my wife brought home from the store the other day. I didn't have any black garlic, so I roasted up some garlic and used that. Also, the store only had blackberry brandy. I also added a little cayenne pepper to the seasonings. It was very tasty. I can't wait to try it again with black garlic and plum brandy.

That sounds DELICIOUS! Good call on using Brandy too. While this was still tasty, I tried a few more recipes since with rum and it just didn't turn out right. Research confirmed - rum is best for drinking 😂
