I do watch a lot of the ladies doing the cleaning videos on KZbin and I enjoy them very much. I have only been watching you for about 2 weeks and I can't stop watching. You have somehow gotten into my heart with your care for your home and family. I'm 67 years old and have never been very religious or at least have not followed a particular religion. You have now opened my eyes and making me really rethink how things have been going in my life.. I will continue to watch and be Inspired! THANK YOU!!

Hello from Denton, North Texas. We had power out for about 48 hours and then it was on and off. Outside of our house going to look for bread and gas was much more crazier than inside. Inside it was cold but we cuddled with blankets and are wearing like five layers of clothes thankfully we haven't had any pipes bust. I kept praying over them. We did the same in the snow. I took my children sledding in buckets. I thought that if we were going to be cold we might as well enjoy it 💕 we read the story about Jesus freaks from voice of the martyrs and we're thankful because they've had it much worse. We watched movies in between the electric coming on and off. We have learned a lot in this week and we will definitely be making a list for future adventures. This video is really peaceful.

Hi Robin. I am in Indiana, on the Indiana-Kentucky boarder. We are quite used to the winter storm you all just got in Texas but I have to laugh because you all were harder hit then we were this go-around. I’m from the Dallas area so I know how rare this weather phenomenon is for you. I love Texas and would be there in a minute but family obligations are keeping me here and the LORD is head over all things. I took some screenshots of your wilderness tracking. It was awe inspiringly beautiful. I’m so happy you all are safe and warm and making the best of the situation. I absolutely loved this video. Melissa

Good morning Robin🌻🌴☀️ The little emojis tells all. I live in Florida and today is going to be a sunny 82 degrees. But the weather in Florida can be an up and down sort of weather. You could be wearing shorts today and tomorrow a heavy jacket, but then another day a rain coat. So with that said, I am going for a nice walk in the park and enjoy the Sun while I can. You can do all kinds of things in this big park; from having a picnic, riding a bicycle, skate boarding, to fishing. It's an enjoyable place to go when it's nice weather. I almost feel badly for explaining what a beautiful day I am going to have when you are having such arctic weather in Texas. I could see your very red fingers in the video and hope that it warms up soon for you and your family. I like your great attitude about making the best enjoyable time outside in the snow. It sort of made me wish I could enjoy snow if not but a day so I could make snow angels😁. The area where you live is so beautiful with all of the great landscaping. The snow on the trees, plants, etc is so beautiful. The red berry tree with the icing is just gorgeous. I love the book organization of putting them in rainbow colors. I have some books that I will be donating as I have needed to get rid of some for a while. You doing this reminded me that I have to do that soon. Biscuits and White Chili Soup certainly seem the right thing to serve on a really freezing cold chilly day ⛄for sure. Robin, this was an enjoyable video. Take care and stay warm💛

So glad you were able to stay warm and hydrated! My heart has been with all our southern neighbors. I feel especially blessed to have found you; not only did you answer a question I had, but you are from TX and I'm hoping you can give me some advice as we will be moving there in the late summer. My concern is about specific cleaning approaches for southern creepy crawlers, specifically black widow spiders. I've read online you have to shake out your clothes and shoes before putting them on? When your family was cleaning the garage (maybe in another video) they didn't seem to hesitate when picking items up. Are people exaggerating about the need for concern? How is cleaning different from northern cleaning? I will be watching more of your videos tomorrow. Maybe this was addressed in one of them. Terrified of spiders lol

It's great that it works for you. I do it by author and order of publication for series. I tried to do rainbow order in the closet but it doesn't work well for me. I just group like items together in any order since I'm rather minimalist in most areas. The only thing I have a lot of are books. Our Winter is the same as it's been the past couple of years. It rains more than it snows. Only an inch or two of the snow sticks. Most of what we get is the non sticking kind. Any standing water though freezes into ice when the night temperatures are below freezing. We're supposed to finally get above freezing overnight temperatures on Sunday and it will last until at least Wednesday. Daniel's school had a snow day today. Our hill we are on top of was icy yesterday. The school meal delivery was also cancelled today so didn't have to go out. Just staying warm inside the house. Daniel wants to go out and get some snow to eat. We only let him eat what is higher than ground level.

Your area looks like my area in Illinois, snow everywhere! Filling a bathtub with water is a good idea, never thought of that before. Your video of the ice is beautiful in the trees when the sun makes them glisten. I hope temperatures get back to normal soon for your area and power is restored.

Our sons have the same library as yours. From Adventure bibles to the Wimpy set. And I’ve organized our books by rainbow color since seeing Jamie do it on Mad About You in the 90s. (I’m so old! 😂 ). Thankful to have power and natural gas up here in Leander. Water would be nice though. Hopefully tomorrow. Stay calm and cozy ❤️

I remember Mad About You! I missed that organization tip though - probably went right over my head! 😂 Going through those books sure brought back a lot of memories! Stay safe and warm! 😊❄️💙☃️

Greetings from Central Kentucky, we haven’t lost electricity and one more day of bitter cold then a warm up is coming our way. We experienced an ice storm in 2003 and 2009. Stay safe. Tfs.

oh what a nice video - the snow is so pretty! and I like that you found a little project to do under the circumstances. I prefer to keep my books like a library - but as long as you and your family love this edit that is all that matters!

So beautiful! Loved seeing Austin playing in the snow! And that scene right after Peyton (@9:53), the close-up going through the snowy trees, it felt as if we were entering Narnia from the wardrobe! :-) Also loved seeing the Hardy Boys books- I loved reading Nancy Drew growing up and my brothers read Hardy Boys. :D
