Winter storm Toronto & Casa Loma (walking tour 4k)

My walk around a February 2019 winter storm Toronto and Casa Loma grounds (exterior). This is probably the last video I'll have uploaded for winter snowstorms from Toronto until late 2019 cause spring is here and hopefully the weather will be better.
We walk up a hill approaching Casa Loma and see cars that are having trouble going up the Walmer Rd hill. We tour some of the exterior of Casa Loma and head north on Spadina Rd, west on St. Clair Ave W, and walk through the Nordheimer ravine. It's a peaceful walk.

Wow, that was quite the hike! I bet you were glad to get home to a nice cup of hot chocolate or coffee, or soup... LOL I shared this with a friend in Arkansas, U.S.A. Haven't heard back from her yet on it. I loved it... but I'm tired just walking virtually with you... :) Beautiful scenery. You know I was born in Toronto and have never been to Casa Loma, I'll have to put it on my bucket list. Take care and see you next time...

Yes it was a good walk out there, but I enjoyed it. I love the snow (when's it's still fresh and clean lol) and a hit drink afterwards always makes it better :) Glad you enjoyed it!

Hi Jayne, that is Casa Loma, it was actually not built for kings but built just for a financier Sir Henry Pellat in 1914 according to Wikipedia. You buy tickets and can take tours inside and on the property :) Where on the other side are you from?

The winters here are strange. You can expect snow really between late November to March but its bizarre. Sometimes it won't snow at all until January, and in like April we will still get snow. Some years it will hardly snow except like 4 or 5 big downpours. It's just so weird and hard to predict ...Thanks for watching! I imagine you never get snow there where you are lol

comment vous avait de la chance d'avoir toute cette neige chaque année en France c'est fini depuis 2012 on a plus de neige l'hiver au pire il neige 2/3 jours maximum après au bout de 3 jours il pleut l'hiver est fini ces triste je sais pas si ça vient du réchauffement ou si c'est naturel du au fait des saison qui change ou mute naturellement ? le réchauffement climatique dans une certaines parties est un gros gros business de dollars panneau solaire éolienne tous ça c'est de l'argent vous pensez bien !

Je suis sûr que le réchauffement climatique joue un rôle. mais j'ai remarqué que Toronto reçoit beaucoup moins de neige qu'auparavant. Chaque hiver, la nouvelle annonce que Toronto va avoir un hiver très froid avec beaucoup de neige. Mais ce n'est jamais autant qu'ils le disent. Ils l'ont répété cette année, mais ça n'a pas été si mal. Merci d'avoir regardé
