I love these virtual tours. It's almost like I was there walking beside you. I left Toronto in 1961 and have only returned periodically since, not since Dad died in 2001. Growing up in the east end I don't recognize much of the downtown except the old city hall and the law courts. If I was younger I could live there again.

Hi Andrew, I'm really happy to hear that my videos have helped you guys plan out your trip. I guess when I started shooting videos I had the idea of just putting up videos so that people who had never been to any of the places I had visited/ was visiting could have a look to see what I was seeing. To know that these videos are actually useful tools for others is awesome. Thanks for the comment 😊

What's the average winter temperature in Toronto? And what's the maximum temperature it can get to?
@MyWalkAround5 жыл бұрын
It can get really cold. Some Winters, if you include wind-chill it has hit -20 or lower. Generally though you can expect -5 to -10 in dead of winter. But places like Edmonton or Calgary can get even colder. I want to go out there and film videos at some point.
@MyWalkAround5 жыл бұрын
@Marco Polo oh yeah I didn't realize that haha. It's pretty much always in the negative in the winter, but it is possible it could come to the positive. But if so, really low, like 1-2 degrees. Of course things can get weird, I guess it could go higher, but I wouldn't count on it.

Well, if you mean the cold weather in the winter season, it's hard to say. Every year is a bit weird. Some weeks it's freezing well below 0, then suddenly the temperature will rise to over 0 for a week, so it's hard to say. But I'd say if you're here, expect cold weather from late November to all the way into March.
