That’s the joke with overlanding right? But with 1-2 night trips you can bring a little extra on the meals and enjoy. Vs this last trip we just did, 8 nights on the road… you have to be real strategic on food for 4 haha

Yeah it’s a newer Baofeng… but on a recent trip I realized I couldn’t broadcast outside of channel mode. And doing some research… they have restricted newer models to channel mode only. So I think we will be switching. A lot of my guys like frequency mode
