Marine two pack paint is the go and roll it on it shrinks when drying and takes the wrinkles out it takes a bit longer to dry tho , very durable paint good stuff , only paint ill use these days on a boat 👍

Good thinking. The industrial bridge paints have similar properties. Just depends on their marketing. The one I use is also rated for marine use.

I don't know the brand you are using but independent of the solvent a two component paint will polymerize into a hard skin. It might not be watertight but it will cope well with wear and tear.

This is Resene. Uracryl 304. Industrial bridge paint. I’ve used it for several years with great success on FG boats. First time on wood but just as impressive
