I'm happy you like it one of my alltime favourite bands and that solo is probably one of the best ones ever. If you want more Wintersun i suggest - Battle Against Time or Death and the Healing Death and the Healing is much slower but alos has an amazing solo Or like any song from the first album there is not a bad song on that album

This is one of those songs where one has to get a new guitar every time one plays it perfectly. The guitar just spontaneously combusts after the solo.

Nice reaction man, absolutely brilliant band. This solo would be the best solo ever if Tornado of Souls solo didn't exist XP. More Wintersun here would be great, I suggest the song Starchild, it's fantastic and Jari's favorite song. (Oh and swedish death/melodeath for the win, best sub genres ever)

I'm a twenty year guitar player and playing that damn solo at the proper tempo has been a long an almost insurmountable goal for me for several years...I"m almost there...but even when I sortof play it in time, I play it sloppy as hell...arrgh!

I do not know if you know that Wintersun's drummer Kia has been Nightwish's drummer Since they did the album Endless Forms Most Beautiful. He is an amazing drummer........
