You brave all kinds of inclement weather -5c and precarious situations, (Hell Hill) that's for sure. That broken collar bone must have hurt like hell, nasty battle injury. How fortunate that your friend found that site and accompanied you there. Couldn't believe all the items you and your friend found - soldier's pocket knife, multiple pieces of porcelain, piece of Kriegsmarine uniform, chess piece medicine bottle, boot irons one attached to part of a boot, shoulder pad, field cups, cream container, etc and most precious of all - the 1942 Luftwaffe Porcelain mug in excellent condition. WOW!!! I bet everything cleaned up nicely. Amazing finds HH. Thanks for sharing.

Was that your private jet lol? Am sure besides the hill being steep the snow didn’t help the climb. I find the small items to be the most interesting. How often do you get to see a morphine bottle from WW2. Nice find on the mug. It must have dropped from Heaven for you lol. They don’t make glassware today like they had back then. Your so lucky to get to search this location.
