Hello there. I cannot say i have encountered this specific issue, but you can try either to open the game from the start menu on the bottom because the window could be minimized. Or just try to reinstall. Btw you are no bother im always happy to help.

You have to make sure to follow the tutorial correctly make sure to have done every step thats listed in the video otherwise it wont work.

it sad that you always need to put outfit after the dark screens also the shield didn't shows :c but it is a lot i wonder if she is on cutcsens when we plaing game from begining

Well the models don't appear in cutscenes and the magic winx one is the one you can do the earliest. As soon as you unlock the dress for the ball in one of your first missions you can make the magic winx model playable. But the others you can only make playable after unlocking Domino aka Sparx level because you have to use the snow outfit.

How can I leave the game and for some reason when I’m playing bloom I can’t play. I can’t move, but it won’t let me pass the gate because I can’t do nothing. I can only walk and jump. I can’t go out of the gate.

@@mila6072 the game should be able to let you leave no matter what models you put. Also you might have put the model in the wrong qay make sure to follow each step exactly

Bloom is walking backwards and can't jump over some obstacles and is it possible to have two girls at the same time? Stella and Musa for example

First of all when bloom is walking backwards you have to put it on again. Second the mod Is bugged so it is normal when she can't jump over some obstacles Idk how to fix it. And Finally you can't have two at the same time. Hope this helped :) .

Yes there is all you have to do is follow the same steps as I did for stella in the video just use the models from the folders like floraX or StellaX those with an huge X at the end are the magic winx ones.

If you have a plugged in controller or bluetooth connected one it will register it in the game which is why the cursor is gone so whenever you play disconnect it.

All you have to do is follow the same steps as I did for stella in the video just use the model called Stormy.smo from the folder Stormy instead and you are good to go.

It's ok tbh in the beginning it was also hard for me. You just kind of have to do your research and be more creative to figure it out. That is how I did it. I also recommend watching the Video more slowly and examine one step from the Video at a time.
