The monster is probably there because thats how the first ep of winx goes, the ogre is fighting stella and bloom comes upon them fighting and unlocks her dragon flame, which she does in the reboot too. They're probably using the original plot as a red thread to follow but use their own creative liberties too, which i find pretty neat.

I love this and am genuinely getting more excited for the reboot. I'm so glad they brought back Bloom's iconic bell-bottom jeans. Her outfit is very reminiscent of what she wore in season 1. I also love the updated looks of the Trix. They're still wearing the same iconic witch outfits but with more embellishment, like the jeweled initials of their names. I am really loving the new animation style. It's starting to look more like its own thing than a carbon copy of Miraculous Ladybug...then again, ML is getting a new animation style starting in season 6, so...LOL So far, this looks very promising. If Roxy really is in this season, I would be thrilled!

I love the details on the wings because it seems to be unique to each fairy but I feel like they should have made it look a little bit more translucent or thinner to look less like plastic and more like natural wings

This is an entirely new series. Also Harmonix, Dreamix and Mythix all had small beautiful wings. Nothing wrong with a new base form using Mythix wings. Mythix had the best wings out of the lot, so why not use them as the base in the new look?

@@Superlad9494 yes there’s nothing wrong with that but my point still stands. You can have the most beautiful wings AFTER the base transformation. That‘s just my opinion. It makes the earned transformation even more magical since it actually feels like an upgrade, similar to Enchantix.

I'm sure that they'll go from Mythix wings to Enchantix wings eventually and maybe even the plasma screen Believix wings. Although in regards to flight dynamics....it's better to keep them Harmonix/Dreamix/Mythix size and detailed. Also they might do "Frills of Justice here." Where it's just the base form for awhile and brooches and accessories are the upgrade instead...like Battleizers.

I'm very hopeful for this. I wonder just how much will be different from the og. So far, the story kind of feels like it will be mostly the same. But one change they have made is it seems they've introduced aisha right away(which id be happy about) instead of what the og did where i believe she was introduced in season 2. I wonder if they'll keep the mystery of bloom's backstory stuff with daphne and everything

The biggest change is that they came to find her instead of Stella accidentally finding Bloom when the witches sent the troll after her(for the staff/ring). It could mean a big change or just be something insignificant. I hope this means they are addressing all the plot holes from the OG series that made even child me so annoyed.

I saw this trailer about a second ago and I love it. The trailer makes me more excited about the reboot before I was against the reboot but now I seemed to be more interested than ever. I really love the new magic winx outfits. And Bloom looks great I love her clothes. I also like that Aisha is in the first season with the rest of the winx and I love that the trix is added. The trix's outfits look cool and a little better than their old outfits I like how detailed the outfits are and the like that they fit more the trix's evil personality.

I'm glad to see my 2000s childhood show is back and the #Winx community is still alive, but the reboot is quite erm.. disappointing. 7/10 I understand this is a reboot series like what they did to Monster high and other childhood kids shows like Backyardians, Dora The explorer etc. Also wasn't Kiko is always with Bloom in the begining of season 1 when Bloom discovered she has Powers when she found Stella?

The only things I’d change is to keep it only being Stella that Bloom meets at first and then that Layla is in the second season and That Trix still had LONG HAIR (besides Stormy) It was ICONIC for them that their hair was LONGER! But they seem to have made it shorter in the reboot?🤔

@@theblacksheep00 it's probably a reality of doing 3D animation. Long hair is expensive to simulate and tricky to animate. So it's probably a compromise for the budget. Also I'm fine with the changes so far, but I really want to see Lucy and Mirta again

i cant get over how ugly the wings are and you summed up my feelings pretty well 1. why are the wings so complicated? isnt this supposed to be magic winx? they look like enchantix wings. When they do get their enchantix, it is going to feel so underwhelming because it wont look like an upgrade 2. why do the patterns look like stained glass? are these not fairy wings? they should have insect-wing textures and patterns, not a circle and then pointy stars coming out of it that don't go in a cohesive direction. they're not even mildly transparent 3. Why dont the wings have a bottom part? apart from blooms,, all of them only have the top part, like harmonix. These resemble angel wings more than they resemble butterfly/insect wings, which are the type of wings fairies are supposed to have. we know this because they flap fast like insect wings. they dont have slow flaps like angel wings. 4. Flora's wings being green was GENUIS design. not only is green & pink a GOATED combination (which they have ditched green entirely),, but the wings, for a NATURE fairy, resembled leaves. making the wings pink shows a complete lack of creativity & do not help to pay homage to her powers i dont think i can get over the absolute fumble these wings are. Don't get me wrong,, i like a lot of things (such as civilian outfits, the trix are AMAZING & the animation is smooth) but i can't get over the wings. I dont get how you can mess it up this bad. if it was mildly ugly i would of ignored it. But stella's wings in particular are unforgivable. Those patterns are so random & dont flow in a cohesive direction. This isn't a budget issue. This is a pure creativity issue. i know for a fact, making wings green & not adding random patterns that don't flow does not increase the budget. good character design is the bread and butter for a franchise. And the wings are the most important design choice for a fairy show. The cartoon fandoms with the highest longevity have the strongest character silhouettes and designs. I am sad because i love the winx club franchise and i want it to grow and succeed. But with stale designs like these, they fumbled an opportunity to ensure the longevity and success of the franchise. I have seen this happen with My little pony (g4 being successful and g5 not even being half as big). I can see the same thing repeating here

The characters designs are a lot better the original Winx Club Series especially the new fairy forms designs because they look a lot better than their old Charmix form. While I'm going to accept the brand new Winx Club Series for 2025 but I do hopes the characters from the original Winx Club Series will appear in the reboot version like Kiko, Faragonda, Griselda, Palladium, Wizgiz, Griffin, Saladin, Codatorta, Nex, Thoren, Roxy, Daphne, the pixies and Diaspro.

​@@playererror4044true, their feminine qualities and the girly vibe are what made them stand out in the first place, and why they became a successful franchise. Each of the girls already have unique qualities and personalities. People associating being feminine/girly as "weak" is what's wrong in today's society especially in misandrist hollywood. Elle Woods from Legally Blonde has proved that there's nothing wrong with being super feminine and that one can be girly while having strong and intelligent traits at the same time. Plus we already have characters who broke stereotypes, Musa- being the tomboy in the first 2 seasons, and Layla/Aisha- a strong, athletic, competitive, and independent fairy and does not back down challenges against men and she always beats them fairly.

All the girls are already relatable in their own way. Too much relatability erases the characters personal uniqueness and likeness. Fantasy Fiction is supposed to be an immersive escapism. We don't need a fictional character to be a fully fleshed out human in qualities or become as a viewer's personal twin in order for them to be appreciated. Take by me for example, I'm slow learner academically, i'm dumb when it comes to mathematics, and advanced sciences, and i suck at memorizing information, and im very emotional, yet my personal bias and and favorite fairy of all time is TECNA💜 who is a complete opposite of me both intellectually and emotionally, ironic right? I expected 9 year old me to obsess over Stella because of her fashionista persona or Flora because of her shy soft nature (because i can relate to their personalities) but instead my love grew for TECNA because her character is fun and unique, her sassyness in the earlier seasons and her being an intellect, being a stand-in leader when Bloom is absent, and as the logical person of the group made me appreciate her so much. I didn't care if she's a literal human calculator while i couldn't count my change faster when im buying chips at a store, i just loved pretending to be her when i was a kid when playing pretend Winx with my friends, and up until now as an adult i still love her 😂. Plus i've always been a long haired girl myself, and i never wanted to cut my long hair because i love it the way it is, but Tecna's signature Pixie cut and her occasional short bob hair is one of the main things i also love about her, plus it suits her and her style really well. this proves that a character doesn't necessarily need to be "relatable" in order for them to be appreciated.
