Very inaccurate report. It's Ukrainian law not to negotiate and Russia isn't desperate for troops. North Korea is gaining considerably by send weapons and troops. They gain combat experience and can test their weapons until they reliable. At the same time they gain Russias more advanced technologies and create an ally they can depend on one day.

Strange that the report seems to hide the desperate situation Ukraine is in. Instead, it's the Russians that seems to be in trouble. The line of this expert from DC saying that Russians value N Korean lives may be true but that doesn't take away the West's disregard for Ukrainian lives that are lost in pursuit of the Western agenda when this conflict could have been resolved by the Minsk Agreements, which Zelensky scuttled after talking with Boris Johnson.

Ukraine went neutral in 2010 they stopped trying to join NATO until after Russia invaded and took Crimea. So not trying to join NATO did not stop Russia from invading.

@hanielgaribay7623 - Putin invaded Ukraine to divide and conquer EU which has failed so miserably he is now under severe sanctions and losing $Billions through failed gas sales and no country will lend him money he needs in fact Putin is in much more desperate trouble than Ukraine. He cannot afford to maintain the war and Ukraine knows this full well and would be very silly to compromise on territory with him and I believe Zelensky will not let it happen until the Russians are removed from Ukraine as per UN order

@@gary-im1ov Putin invaded Crimea in 2014 then Ukraine in 2022 initially it was his response to Ukraine failing to renew the Russian Black Sea Fleet lease in Sevastopil as well it was in response to Ukraine signing new oil and gas contracts with BP and SHELL to develop eastern oil and gas deposits in Ukraine. Putin saw this as a huge threat to his gas monopoly with the EU which he has lost today - this war is more about money from gas than over NATO as Gazprom does not want to compete with Ukraine gas - in my opinion Putin has ruined his lucrative gas industry as well as the Russian economy and the ruble which is now not worth toilet paper

Russia annexed Crimea when the Western-instigated and supported Maidan uprising ousted elected President Yanukovych and sent tanks (instead of engaging in dialogue) to harass and intimidate the people of Donbass who protested against the ouster. In case you wonder why they protested, Yanukovych got the bulk of his votes from the Russian-speaking part of Ukraine, and even more heavily in the Donbass, which also protested the idea of joining the EU and NATO, wanted to stay neutral, and preserve close relations with Russia. That's the reality of Ukraine then and now but guess what, the West, and the Nazi-loving elements in the western Ukraine disregarded the sentiments of those in the east and southeast and browbeat them instead, even burning Russian supporters alive in a building in Odessa. Remember too, that it took Russia 8 years before it militarily intervened in eastern Ukraine, when people there in fact had wanted that intervention to take place much sooner. Russia was still holding on for the Minsk agreements to hold on. Trouble, is the West underestimated Russia and Poroshenko and then Zelensky believed them.
