I'm a motorbike person. But I can't deny the charm of a scooters. It's a weirdly comfortable thing to ride a scooter. The wide seats, legroom, and of course the bells and whistles with it.

The suspension is not a problem when you have an option to upgrade it and it is stiff because it’s meant for touring which means on high speed the vehicle won’t be bouncy, also at high speed it actually become very comfortable.

I rented one of these in Philippines and it was great. Took it up in the mountains with my gf on back, I'm 95 kg, she's 50 kg, no problem with the power.

Better buy the classic Gilera Runner 180 cc. I own the NVX 155, 2018 model. The parts and bolts of the bike are weak. a big downside is the rear drumbrake. Why not a disc brake.
