🌮 I had a similar feeling this week with a different KZbin creator and things that she stated came off across as a very privileged viewpoint where most have stated how inclusive the diamond painting community is, it bothered me enough after thought to unsubscribe to their channel. Thank you for always giving alternative options for everyone and considering all people's budgets.

HI Katie! I have 2 wips and working on new designs for my small shop. 😁 I love listening to your wip n chat as I was work on my small shop! Whenever I have decision paralysis, I usually sleep on it and make a decision after waking up as it is the time I have the most energy, physically and mentally. People make thousands of choices a day and fatigue at the end of the day affects a person's ability to make choices. Hope you have a blessed day

Yellow Dog tray.... Katie, your difficulties is actually a very simple fix. You tilt your tray side down as you shake... so your axis line is from the spout to the end with the raised ledge. Just change the axis to be from side to side... so that you shake and tilt the raised ledge end down. The drills should line up in the guide rows as they fall down to the raised ledge...the drills that don't line up will fall on the ledge. I can hardly wait for Drills and Chills!!! I love Halloween! I already have my canvas picked, with a few alternates.❤ Logbooks... either close your eyes, have Adam shuffle the journals,... and you point tithe one you will use. No right or wrong. OR.... Hearing you talk about the logbooks... I think you are leaning towards the compass one.😉 Love and hugs from a previous perfectionist, but current procrastinator. 😂❤❤❤

🌮 Thank you so much for sharing about Yellow dog designs. I will definitely be checking out that shop today! I get all of it with procrastination and not doing the things to get the things done. I try to concentrate on how I feel when something gets done. The relief, happiness, and un-stuck feeling is fabulous. As for the journal, I sill like the blue. I say use all 3 log books. You could use one log book for DAC kits, one for your dragon kits, etc. You do so many paintings, I’m sure you will need all 3 books eventually anyway. Thanks for another great wip & chat.

Great wip n chat. How about a blind pick for log book. Have Adam shuffle them with your eyes closed and just point. They all have good reasons to be picked. Give the universe a chance. I love yellow dog designs trays. I do like the bottom feature. Ive decided they are my favorite. Procrastination is simply a human thing, so give yourself a break on that. Always enjoy your videos. ❤️🌮

I’ve actually spoken to a therapist about my procrastination. He said that perfectionists are some of the main culprits. The reason is that for those people, if it can’t be done perfectly then why even bother? 🌮🌮🌮

I would love to see a video of you sharing how to store your current wips. The canvases and the diamonds. I would also love to see how many wips you tend to have at one time!! I woutlove to work on just one project at a time but I am finding that I really need to have 2 going at once that are complete opposites of each other! I have a dark blue and green canvas that is all confetti going and then I have a bright pink and purple that is more color blocking. Love your videos! Thanks as always! ❤

🌮🌮 Thanks Katie! I actually love the Yellow Dog trays with the lip. It took me a minute to get used to it but I didn’t even realize the one I ordered had the lip. So I wasn’t sure how that was going to work. Now that I’m used to it, I personally love it. But everyone is different in what they like…it’s all a personal preference. Love your WIP and chats. 🌮 I think that one of the keys to being neurodivergent is figuring out how to give ourselves grace with out needing to have someone else validate it. Also, I know you don’t do planners, but if you’re doing list the Goodnotes app may help. You can choose templets and write and erase as needed. It’s helped me with some executive function issues. Last also I do the washing tape thing and hold my tray kinda flat when shaking, then tilt it washi side down. All my non lined up drills end up on the washi if I haven’t overfilled.

TikTok actually makes it super easy to do short-form. I haven't tried any other options, but I helped my daughter do a TikTok and she didn't have to edit anything at all. Ymmv, of course, but I personally appreciate your longform content.

So I’m still watching but I don’t want to forget 😂 I am a huge washi tape at the bottom of the tray person and I only realized while watching you that I hold my tray up and down, versus you hold it to the side. I had never even thought about the difference that makes before now, LOL!

I just started this one but wanted to comment on the yellow dog tray with the “washi tape” style ledge. I hold my tray horizontally like you, but I don’t shake the drills to the “side” of the tray like you. I shake them to the bottom of the tray, they all pile up on the ledge and then I have the full width of the tray with super nicely lined up drills before needing to reshake. I hope that helps answer your drills “falling“ question. ❤

I think most of us hold the trays vertically with the washi ledge at the bottom. I’ve never seen someone hold it horizontal like you ❤

Yellow Dog trays are fantastic! For me, I hate when the drills all are at the bottom of the tray because I can't get to them as easily with the side being so high. I like the raised bottom because it keeps the drills away from the bottom so I can get them easier - hope I make sense!

These are the only trays I use, I love them! I think you’re right and you don’t hold the tray in the direction it is “meant” to for that feature so maybe just not for you.

🌮Hi Katie, Yellow Dog does have trays without the ridge. I have one and it works really well. I also have a couple with the ridge. I love both types.

And the management positions may not mean they know the products but have experience with managing the people, schedules etc. I went from a 11 to the 14 and didn't have any issues. Only had to log back into a couple of apps. Settings and everything transferred, which was great.

All the books are so great! The two not picked, just save them for future log books. You're set for several years!! You could make a game of it. Have your hubby assign each one a number, without you knowing, then pick a number between 1-3. They are all so awesome you can't so wrong lol!

You can try put the names of the books in a hat and do a blind draw. If you are excited with what you pick that's the one you use. If you're disappointed then it's not the one so you put that draw on the side and pick again.

when I have decision paralysis I find I have to take myself out of the equation to be able to move forward. If it were me I would assign a number or name to each of the three journals and plug them into a prize picker AP. Let the wheel choose for you. Then be willing to accept the result. Just my two cents, hope you can make your choice soon 😊

Always always always do your own transfer at home from the backup. Their system is so slow when trying to get info transferred. I have actually quit going into stores. I’d rather order online and they overnight the phone. So painful dealing with cell phone stores and their employees. I hope you love your new phone!

Why not use all of the notebooks ? One of them can be all square diamond paintings , another can be round diamond paintings and the other can be for your special diamond paintings! ❤️

If it doesn't cause too much stress, why don't you use all three books for logs. You can use one for rainy day projects that mean alot to you and you can log them plus how you felt doing them. One can be used as a standard log, and the other for kits you want but need to think about/ unicorn kits.

And I need a copy of my birth Certificate so we decided to drive over there so I can pick it up. I relate to being affected by other peoples negative attitude online. I had to delete Instagram several years ago when I was in a bad headspace and I was probably depressed, and Instagram was just not doing me any favors and made me feel even worse about myself so I had to get off it. The same thing kinda happened just a week ago with a KZbinr that I had been enjoying for a while but lately they just feel a bit off and negative and I'm not sure I can handle listening to that right now because I feel myself being affected by their mood, (I'm often very affected by other peoples mood) so I just had to unsubscribe because that channel is not making me happy rn
